Staff Data Scientist

We’re partnering with an ambitious organisation building a next-generation AI-driven intelligence platform used in high-stakes decision environments. They’re looking for a Staff Data Scientist to take ownership of core ML capabilities and help bring sophisticated AI systems into real production at scale.

This is a rare opportunity to join as a foundational technical leader — shaping the data science discipline while staying deeply hands-on.

• Designing and deploying classification & scoring models used in real-world decision workflows
  
• Building robust entity resolution / record linkage systems across complex, messy datasets
  
• Applying NLP techniques including entity recognition and entity linking
  
• Shipping AI/ML systems into production with strong evaluation, monitoring, and governance
  
• Partnering closely with product and engineering to turn experiments into reliable SaaS features
  

• 
  
• Proven experience building ML/AI systems that run in production
  
• Deep expertise in classification, ranking, or scoring models
  
• Strong background in entity resolution / entity matching at scale
  
• Experience with NLP pipelines (NER, entity linking, text analytics)
  
• Ability to design evaluation frameworks, datasets, and model monitoring
  
• Comfortable operating as a xcfaprz senior individual contributor with leadership impact
