Structural Design Lead - Water

ProSource are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading globally recognised consultancy, for a Structural Design Lead to be a part of their growing expansion in the Irish market.

This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work your office days from Cork, Dublin or Galway.

As Structural Design Lead, you will play a critical role in both the technical excellence and commercial success of the structures division. Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will take ownership of performance, people, and project delivery.

• Leading operational and technical performance of the structural engineering team
  
• Providing clear leadership, vision, and direction aligned with business strategy
  
• Building, mentoring, and inspiring a growing team of engineers and technicians whilst supporting their long‑term development.
  
• Working closely with other engineering disciplines to deliver complex, integrated infrastructure projects
  
• Strengthening long‑term client relationships
  
• Leading and contributing to major tenders and securing future work pipelines
  

You are a Senior Level Engineer (or equivalent) with a Level 8 degree or higher in Structural Engineering, with experience managing teams and client relationships alike.

Experience within a consultancy environment is essential, and water sector experience would be a strong advantage.
