Salary: Up to Eur70,000 per annum plus car allowance and additional benefits.

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our growing project delivery team based in Kildare, Ireland. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with proven experience in the successful delivery of large-scale project builds, particularly within data centres and pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.

You will play a key role in the design, coordination, and execution of complex electrical systems across high-specification, technically demanding environments.

• 
  
• Lead and support the design and specification of electrical systems for data centre and pharmaceutical projects
  
• Manage electrical installations from concept through commissioning and handover
  
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, process, architectural, and client stakeholders
  
• Review technical drawings, schematics, and calculations to ensure compliance with Irish and EU standards
  
• Oversee contractors and subcontractors on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to timelines
  
• Support procurement of electrical equipment and materials
  
• Participate in testing, commissioning, and validation processes
  
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and project QA/QC procedures
  

• 
  
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
  
• Minimum 3–5+ years’ experience in project builds, ideally within:
  
• Data centres
  
• Pharmaceutical or life sciences facilities
  
• Strong knowledge of LV/MV systems, power distribution, UPS systems, backup generation, and critical power infrastructure
  
• Experience working within regulated environments (GMP experience highly desirable)
  
• Familiarity with Irish building regulations and industry standards
  
• Excellent project coordination and communication skills
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Chartered Engineer status or working toward same
  
• Experience with commissioning and validation processes
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, xcfaprz or other design software
  
• Strong understanding of energy efficiency and sustainable design principles
