This is an excellent opportunity for an EHS Advisor to join one of Ireland's leading contractors with large scale project in Dublin

Position: EHS Advisor

Location: Dublin

Salary : DOE plus bonus, pension and company car

The Role

As an EHS Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across multiple live projects. You'll work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and senior management to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Implement and monitor company EHS policies and procedures on-site
  
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
  
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety training to site teams
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and industry best practice
  
• Report on EHS performance and drive corrective action where required
  
• Engage with project teams to promote a positive safety culture
  

Requirements:

• 
  
• Minimum 5 xcfaprz years' experience as an EHS Advisor.
  
• Proven experience on large-scale construction projects (residential, commercial, or industrial)
  
• Relevant third-level EHS qualification (NEBOSH / IOSH / or equivalent)
  
• Strong communication, leadership, and influencing skills
  
• Ability to manage safety on high-profile, complex projects
