We're now looking for a driven and commercially minded Online Merchandiser & SEO Executive to take ownership of how our products are found, presented, and converted online. This is a high-impact role with real autonomy, clear career progression, and the opportunity to shape the digital future of an established Irish brand.

You'll own the intersection of SEO and online merchandising - ensuring our product catalogue is discoverable and optimised at every touchpoint. You'll work directly with senior leadership, meaning your ideas get heard and your results get noticed.

• Lead keyword research and implement on-page SEO across product pages, category pages, blog posts, and landing pages
  
• Monitor and improve search rankings using tools such as SEMrush, Google Search Console, and GA4
  
• Implement technical SEO improvements including structured data (schema markup), internal linking, and site architecture recommendations
  
• Build and execute a content strategy that drives organic traffic - including guides, comparisons, and how-to content
  
• Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and adapt strategy accordingly
  
• Manage and optimise the full product catalogue on Shopify - uploads, descriptions, specifications, imagery, and metafields
  
• Optimise product images and alt text for both search indexing and customer engagement
  
• Design and implement cross-selling and upselling strategies to increase average order value
  
• Conduct regular audits of categories, filters, and site structure to ensure SEO and UX best practices are maintained

• Track, measure, and report on SEO performance and merchandising effectiveness
  
• Provide actionable insights to improve traffic, rankings, and revenueCollaborate with the wider marketing team to align efforts across channels including paid, email, and social

• Proven, hands‑on experience in ecommerce SEO and online merchandising (retail experience strongly preferred)
  
• Strong working knowledge of Shopify
  
• Proficiency with SEO tools - SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4
  
• A genuine curiosity for emerging technologies -particularly AI tools that can enhance SEO, content creation, and ecommerce performance
  
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to write for both search engines, real people and GEO
  
• Analytical mindset - comfortable using data to drive decisions
  
• Self‑motivated and able to thrive in team environment
  
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with ecommerce content marketing and link building
  
• Previous experience in a standalone or lead Online Merchandising role
