Job Description

Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join our team and lead the logistics and procurement operations of our company, which specialises in the manufacturing, supply, and installation of protective netting for sports, industrial, and urban applications. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient flow of materials, timely deliveries, and the high-quality standards that define our company, which operates across the entire Irish territory.


Responsibilities

  • Inventory and Supply Manager: Manage stock levels of netting, poles, metal structures, and electrical components, ensuring continuous supply for field installation teams and minimising waste through effective demand planning.
  • Supplier Relations: Negotiate contracts and delivery terms with suppliers of materials such as cables, metal supports, galvanised structures, and installation equipment. Continuously evaluate supplier performance with a focus on quality, timelines, and cost-efficiency.
  • Logistics and Distribution: Coordinate the transportation and storage of equipment between warehouses and installation sites, including stadiums, schools, construction projects, and public areas. Ensure punctual delivery of materials and the efficient operation of warehouses.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure that all logistics processes comply with health and safety regulations, construction standards, and the company’s high technical standards.
  • Analysis and Continuous Improvement: Monitor performance indicators, identify bottlenecks in the supply chain, and propose logistical solutions that reduce costs and optimise operational flow.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain manager, operations, or related areas.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills. xcfaprz
  • Prior knowledge of the construction sector, metal structures, or external installations will be considered an advantage.

Compensation

  • Annual Salary: €36,605
  • Hourly Rate: €18.05
  • Hours per Week: 39
  • Start Date: 22/04/2026
