• Guiding your site team from conception to completion.
  
• Identifying contract variations and making necessary adjustments.
  
• Compiling essential reports regarding programme and budget targets.
  
• Providing tender packages to subcontractors and suppliers.
  
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.
  

• 
  
• Extensive experience working as a PM with a principal contractor
  
• Experience working on projects from early construction stage to handover
  
• Strong analytical skills and adept decision‑making abilities.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as industry‑specific software.
  
• Sound expertise in budgeting and financial management.
