Role Overview Lead brand strategy and consumer marketing across multiple healthcare brands.
Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, media, and retail.
Develop consumer-focused messaging, content, and activations to drive demand and growth.
Manage, mentor, and inspire a small marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and brand owners to maximise commercial opportunities.
Oversee brand budgets, track performance, and optimise ROI using insights and analytics Skills & Experience Required Essential 47 years experience in Brand Management within OTC, consumer healthcare, or FMCG.
Experience managing major consumer healthcare brands Proven expertise in developing and executing campaigns across digital, social, content, media, and PR.
Strong understanding of consumer insights, category trends, and shopper behaviour.
Commercially astute with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Experience managing agencies across creative, digital, PR, and media.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics dashboards.
Desirable Experience with distributor-led brands or international principals.

Familiarity with the Irish and/or UK retail pharmacy and grocery landscapes.
