About The Role

Castle Group is seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager with experience in fit‑out construction to lead and deliver complex projects from inception to completion. This senior, client‑facing role requires a results‑driven professional with proven ownership of the entire project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of projects, from mobilisation to handover.
• Act as the primary client contact, building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure programme, quality, and budget targets are met.
• Drive site safety, ensuring full compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure alignment across all project stages.
• Monitor progress and risk, delivering clear reporting to senior management.
• Uphold Castle Group’s high standards of delivery, professionalism, and communication on every project.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 5+ years in construction, specialising in project management and fit‑out/interiors, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, project scheduling tools (MS Project or similar), and CDE systems (Procore, BIM 360, or similar).
• Skills: Excellent numeracy, report writing, and stakeholder management. Solutions‑oriented with a strong understanding of commercial realities.
• Other Requirements: Valid driver’s licence and eligibility to work without visa sponsorship.
