Compliance Manager (Banking)

Location: Killarney, Co. Kerry

Working Hours: Mon-Friday 9-5pm

Salary: Open to Negotiations

On behalf of our client who is a regulated financial services firm providing responsible lending solutions. We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to lead their compliance and AML/CTF frameworks. As the Compliance Manager you will be reporting to the Board, you will oversee regulatory compliance across the business and act as the primary contact with the Central Bank of Ireland.

• 
  
• Own and maintain the compliance and AML/CTF frameworks
  
• Act as main liaison with the Central Bank of Ireland
  
• Develop and maintain policies (AML/CTF, CPC, GDPR, regulatory compliance)
  
• Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reportingMonitor regulatory developments and advise senior management
  
• Support audits, compliance testing, and remediation
  
• Deliver compliance training and Board reporting
  
• Engage with funders, auditors, and key stakeholders
  

• 
  
• 5-8 years' compliance experience in banking or regulated financial services
  
• Direct experience engaging with the CBI or another EU regulator
  
• Strong knowledge of AML/CTF, CPC, and regulatory governance
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  

• 
  
• Compliance qualification (e.g. LCOI, ACOI, ICA, ACAMS)
  
• Experience in consumer lending or retail banking
  
• Previous PCF or Head of Compliance role
