A growing FMCG business in Monaghan is seeking a Sales Executive to join its commercial team. This is a great opportunity for someone ambitious, analytical and eager to build a long-term career in sales within a fast-paced environment.

You’ll support a portfolio of retail and foodservice customers, help drive sales performance and work closely with teams across the business to deliver customer initiatives and commercial plans.

• Managing and developing customer accounts across retail and foodservice
  
• Building strong relationships and ensuring excellent service
  
• Supporting sales growth through planning, reporting and execution
  
• Analysing sales data, trends and customer insights
  
• Coordinating promotions, product launches and customer activity
  
• Working with marketing, supply chain, production and logistics
  
• Preparing regular sales updates and performance reports
  
• Supporting digital and social media activity to enhance brand visibility

• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with sales or market data
  
• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
  
• Commercial awareness; FMCG or retail experience
  
• Highly organised, proactive and results-driven
  
• Strong IT skills, including Excel xcfaprz and CRM systems
  
• Ability to work well with cross‑functional teams
