• As the Technical Sales Engineer Team Leader, you will lead a team of 5.5 sales professionals, including both external and internal salespeople, ensuring their performance and development.
  
• This role involves significant travel, covering all 26 counties in Ireland, with 70-80% of your time spent on the road.
  
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and sales growth in the process industry sector, focusing on the pharmaceutical, food, and beverage industries.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities and providing tailored solutions.
  

• 
  
• Minimum of 4-5 years in a technical sales role within the Irish market, with a strong engineering background.
  
• Proven experience in people management, including recruiting, performance management, and team development.
  
• A proactive approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  
• Background in engineering, with the ability to engage with electrical engineers and understand complex technical requirements.
  
• Willingness to travel extensively across Ireland, with a full, clean driving license.

• Competitive Salary: €77,000 - €82,500 basic salary, with a 20% bonus OTE
