**Contract:
** 6-Month Daily Rate Contract
**Location:
** Dublin City Centre
**Working Model:
** Hybrid (3 days onsite)
**Key Responsibilities
*** Support and maintain on-premise and cloud infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, servers, storage, virtualisation, and networking.
* Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure reliability.
* Perform patching, updates, and configuration changes in line with change management processes.
* Provide Tier 2/3 troubleshooting and escalation support for complex technical issues.
* Administer Microsoft 365 services including Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
* Manage Conditional Access, MFA, and device compliance policies.
* Work within ITIL-based processes for incident, change, and problem management.
* Support infrastructure projects, upgrades, and cloud adoption initiatives.
* Maintain technical documentation and identify opportunities for automation and optimisation.
**Key Skills & Experience
*** 5+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure or technical operations roles.
* Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Intune, Entra ID).
* Experience with virtualisation (VMware), storage systems, and backup technologies.
* Good understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, firewalls, routing, switching).
* Familiarity with ITIL processes. xcfaprz
* PowerShell or scripting experience is an advantage.
**Desirable Certifications
*** Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
* Cisco (CCNA or higher), CompTIA+
* ITIL Foundation
* Azure Fundamentals (nice to have)
