With Dublin as a key technology hub, you’ll join a growing ServiceNow team focused on expanding the platform into a scalable Enterprise Service Management solution across multiple business domains.

This role focuses on designing, developing, and evolving the ServiceNow platform in a collaborative environment. You’ll work closely with implementation partners and internal stakeholders, taking ownership of platform development, integrations, upgrades, and operational integrity while contributing to long‑term platform strategy and architecture.

• Design and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows
  
• Manage platform upgrades, performance, security, and operational stability
  
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and scripting

• Strong hands‑on ServiceNow development and administration experience
  
• Scripting (JavaScript, Glide), Flow Designer, IntegrationHub
