YOUR IMPACT
As a Senior Cloud Service Manager, you will be the central point of contact for the delivery of cloud services. You ensure smooth operations, customer satisfaction, and strategic alignment with business goals. You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage service performance, and drive continuous improvement of cloud environments.
What The Role Offers
- Aligning cloud services with customer business goals, ensuring critical requirements are met, and identifying optimization opportunities
- Taking responsibility for the customer relationship from contract initiation to stable operations, including service delivery, change management, and SLA compliance
- Monitoring service performance, generating reports, and taking corrective actions when needed
- Ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements and managing risks across functions
- Leading matrix teams and collaborating across departments to stabilize and enhance services
What You Need To Succeed
- A degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in IT service management in a cloud environment (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), ideally with experience in data center deployments
- Familiarity with ITIL, especially in incident, problem, change, and service level management
- Understanding of cloud architectures, operating models, and security requirements
- Experience with monitoring and reporting tools for cloud service oversight
- Assertiveness, a solution‑oriented approach, and leadership skills—even in complex or escalated situations
- Fluent language skills in English and Spanish
