*Duties*
* Perform comprehensive auto body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and alignment corrections with precision.
* Utilize hand tools, power tools, MIG welding, soldering, and paint spraying techniques to restore vehicle exteriors.
* Conduct auto glass replacement and repair, ensuring safety and durability.
* Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, priming, and applying finishes with attention to detail.
* Fabricate sheet metal components and perform auto restoration tasks to bring classic or damaged vehicles back to life.
* Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as mechanical repairs, assembly, and detailing to ensure optimal performance.
* Collaborate with team members on auto estimating, customer service interactions, and heavy lifting tasks to streamline workflow.
*Requirements*
* Proven dealership experience or extensive background in auto body repair is highly preferred.
* Proficiency with MIG welding, soldering, fabrication, and the use of various hand tools and power tools.
* Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair, auto painting, auto glass installation, and vehicle maintenance.
* Experience working with sheet metal, auto restoration projects, and auto estimating processes.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and professionalism.
* Automotive mechanic experience or background in automotive repair is advantageous but not mandatory. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $34.35 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
