*Responsibilities*
* Provide expert hair styling, haircutting, beard trimming, straight razor shaves, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences.
* Perform advanced treatments such as hair extensions, coloring based on color theory principles, and hair threading to enhance client satisfaction.
* Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure client safety.
* Utilize salon software systems like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records management, and retail sales tracking.
* Offer personalized consultations to recommend suitable styles, products, and services that meet individual needs.
* Engage with clients through excellent communication skills to build rapport and ensure a positive salon experience.
* Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, and supporting store management tasks when needed.
* Promote retail sales by upselling hair care products, makeup items, nail care products, eyelash extensions supplies, and other beauty accessories.
* Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair styling, nail care, makeup application, and customer service excellence.
*Qualifications*
* Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience in cutting, styling, coloring, and grooming techniques.
* Proficiency in hair extensions application, eyelash extensions installation, makeup application, and nail care is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of salon software systems such as MINDBODY for scheduling and retail management.
* Expertise in color theory to create vibrant or subtle color treatments tailored to client preferences.
* Skilled in sanitation practices to uphold health standards within the salon environment.
* Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with diverse clients and team members.
* Experience in store management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required.

Pay: $46,926.86 - $56,514.06 per year
