Job Summary: We are currently seeking an individual to join our sign supply team as a full-time, in-office Customer Service and Sales Support Representative. Our sign products include sign making vinyl, digital print media, software, parts, and equipment. Customer sales support is crucial for maintaining and growing our customer base. This position involves working closely with the team to provide exceptional service for our customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a positive customer service attitude and strong communication skills, both on the phone and in written communications via email. Key Responsibilities: Processing customer orders by phone or email, this includes providing technical product support and recommendations based on availability and delivery times. Pulling the product from the warehouse to prepare for shipment. Identify opportunities to increase sales to existing customers. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Coordinate with other departments and vendors to resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery of products and services. Participate in training sessions to stay informed about new products, services, and marketing promotions. Contribute to the implementation of sales and marketing initiatives. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or retail. Previous experience in the sign or graphics industry helpful. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
