Your mission:

As a part of the safety division team, you will primarily conduct safety activities relating to change management within Skyguide. We are looking for a team member, who has a clear commitment to the primacy of safety and be capable to apply defined safety procedures and regulations.

Your tasks:

  • Conduct safety activities according to the Safety Assessment Processes for technical and operational changes within the Air Traffic Management System
  • Facilitate hazard identification and analysis workshops and develop the safety documentation required by the Skyguide safety assessment framework and Skyguide's process model 
  • Establish a practical relationship with internal and external key stakeholders (Technical department, Operations, others) 
  • Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders related to safety topics 
  • Support the division in the production of training material and provision of training (internal and external) 
  • Promote and improve safety culture in accordance with the departmental vision

What we are looking for:

  • Proved work experience in the Air Traffic Management and in safety management
  • Communication: You adapt your communication style to the context and stakeholders and actively ask for information through relevant questions and active listening
  • Self-discipline: You set boundaries, manage your time effectively, and maintain focus on tasks without distractions
  • Teamwork: You engage in interactions with diverse team members and actively contribute information, ideas, and insights in meetings or other interactions
  • Fluent in English, good command in German and/or French
