The Role
You will play a key role in transforming ideas into scalable, production-ready solutions while helping shape platform strategy and technical direction. This is a hands‑on leadership role combining architecture, development, mentoring, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and scale applications using Python and Node.js
- Integrate Generative AI and machine learning technologies into production systems
- Lead technical initiatives and influence platform roadmap
- Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Success and stakeholders
- Prototype, validate, and rapidly deliver new product capabilities
- Introduce and evaluate emerging technologies
Requirements
- 10+ xcfaprz years engineering experience
- Proven experience building and shipping products from scratch
- Strong product mindset and experience leading multi-team initiatives
- Experience influencing technical strategy and roadmaps
