Our Client is an established contrsuction company who build multi-sector projects nationally incluidng specialist projects i.e. restoration & conservation

They will undertake a 1yr conservation project in Dublin starting Q1 2026
Duties include:- Ensure project meets necessary standards for conservation, quality, and safety.
- Supervise trades like stonemasons, carpenters, and other specialists
- Oversee the repair and upkeep of historic facades
- Coordinate daily tasks, managing material resources efficiently, and resolving any on-site conflicts or issues promptly
- Site safety & compliance
- Proven xcfaprz experience as a foreman, site supervisor, or lead tradesperson, often with a background in restoration, conservation, or specialist construction projects.
Salary to €80K with full package
