We’relooking for an experienced Product Owner with a passion fordelivering value who will work with our teams to deliver and configure products for our extensive range of partners,while also evolving the core services and system capabilities that underpin our partner ecosystem. This role will play a key part in driving scalable,reliableand high-performing solutions across complex integrations and internal workflows.

  • Maximise the value of our products by delivering high-quality integrations and enhancements across core services, optimising scalability,reliabilityand performance across partner-facing and internal systems.
  • Own andmaintaina clear, prioritised roadmap within your domain, balancing strategicobjectives, technicaldependenciesand operational requirements to drive predictable, high-quality delivery.
  • Clearly articulate and managerequirements, working with stakeholders and the delivery team to break down, outline and refine user stories and acceptance criteria. Have a clear focus on always delivering business value
  • Take ownership for successful delivery and launch of solutions, collaborating effectively across teams to manage dependencies and ensure successful outcomes
  • Work closely with Product Managers to understand business and commercial context,priorityand support definition of solutions
  • Work closely with our Go-Live, Partner Management, Trading, Supply, Data Science and Finance teams to understand technology and business requirements across internal and external systems.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to understand the capabilities of our products, APIs and services, and the options for scaling and configuring them effectively.
  • Producing high quality artefacts related to business rules, requirements, features etc to ensure that information is readily available and clearly communicated to the wider organisation
  • Identifyopportunities for product improvements and supportproduct managers in shaping product roadmap initiatives
  • Maximise the value of our products by delivering best-in-class integrations, optimisingscalabilityand driving performance of products for existing partners

What you’ll bring to the team

  • 3 years'experience as a Product Owner in an agile environment,ideally delivering web and/or API-driven products within an e-commerce context.
  • Comfortable engaging in discussions around APIs, system behaviour,dependenciesand performance to enable effective collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Agile / Scrum certification (e.g. CSPO, PSPO) is desirable. xcfaprz
  • Third-level qualification in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related disciplineOR equivalent practical experience in a product, technology, or delivery role
  • Strong understanding of lean/agile principles and the full software deliverylifecycle
  • Experience working on backend or service-oriented products, including integrations, data flows or operational systems, is an advantage.
  • Proventrack recordof collaborating effectively with engineers, designers, and senior leadership to drive product outcomes
  • Strong backlog managementexperience:refinement, prioritisation, dependency management, release planning
  • Comfortable using data and KPIs to prioritise work and measure impact (e.g., conversion, performance, quality)
  • Demonstrated ability to apply both creative and analytical thinking to complex problem-solving
  • Experience working across multiple devices and channels to deliver cohesive customer experiences
