Our Client
Our client is a large professional services firm with a growing Asset Management transformation practice. They are seeking an Associate Director to lead the client onboarding and transition capability across a complex programme.

Who should apply?
This role will suit an experienced transition or onboarding leader within Financial Services, ideally with Asset Management or Securities Services experience.
- 12+ years’ experience in client onboarding, transitions or operating model change
- Strong Financial Services background (Asset Management preferred)
- Experience managing regulatory and stakeholder impacts
- Proven experience in cutover planning and readiness frameworks
- Strong structured delivery capability under pressure
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting into the Programme Director, you will lead the onboarding and transition workstream. xcfaprz
- Wave Design – Define sequencing logic and onboarding runway across transition waves
- Transition Planning – Develop cutover, readiness and dry-run frameworks
- Stakeholder Impact Management – Identify and manage client, regulator and internal stakeholder impacts
- Data Migration Alignment – Define migration requirements and parallel-run parameters
- Programme Integration – Ensure onboarding dependencies are integrated into the overall plan
- Regulatory Considerations – Manage regulatory communication protocols where required
- Issue Resolution – Define contingency and escalation frameworks
- Day 1 Readiness – Ensure operational and client readiness ahead of go-live milestones
