BMS Commissioning Engineer – Dublin – Salary: 75-85k per annum

Role Overview
The BMS Commissioning Engineer specialises in the field commissioning and optimisation of building management systems. This includes onsite system validation, functional testing, preparation of commissioning documentation, and supporting system handover to clients on technically complex and mission‑critical projects (e.g., pharmaceutical, data centres).
Key Responsibilities
- Commission BMS systems across multiple sites and platforms (e.g., Trend, Tridium, Siemens).
- Execute functional testing, fault‑finding and system optimisation.
- Deliver FAT/SAT, complete documentation, and ensure full client handover.
- Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Produce commissioning reports, test results and as‑built documentation.
Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Controls / Automation / Mech) or similar.
- Proven commissioning experience with BMS systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication and documentation capabilities. xcfaprz
