We are seeking an accomplished Head of Data Solutions to lead and scale a growing Data Solutions practice within a global technology and engineering consultancy that partners with organisations across digital transformation, analytics, AI, and cloud.

This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for strategy, commercial growth, service delivery, and talent development across data and analytics services. The Head of Data Solutions will play a pivotal role in shaping how data drives value for clients across multiple industries.

As Head of Data Solutions, you will define and execute a clear vision for the data practice, building market‑leading offerings, driving revenue growth, and ensuring delivery excellence. You will work closely with executive leadership to align data services with wider business strategy, while positioning the organisation as a trusted partner in data‑driven transformation.

• Define and own the strategy, roadmap, and growth plan for the Data Solutions practice
  
• Lead delivery of complex data programmes, ensuring quality, governance, and client satisfaction
  
• Drive development of new service offerings and go‑to‑market propositions
  
• Partner with sales and leadership teams on pre‑sales, bids, and client engagement
  
• Build, lead, and retain high‑performing data teams, fostering innovation and excellence
  

You will bring a blend of strategic leadership, commercial acumen, and hands‑on data expertise, with experience scaling data practices in consultancy or enterprise environments.

• Proven experience leading data, analytics, or AI practices at senior management level
  
• Strong background in cloud‑based data platforms and modern data architectures
  
• Track record of delivering large‑scale data programmes and influencing senior stakeholders
  
• Commercial experience owning revenue, profitability, and growth targets
  
• Ability to translate complex data strategies into clear business outcomes
