Hard Facilities Manager - Senior Position

• Oversee all planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and asset performance.
  
• Lead a multidisciplinary technical team, ensuring a high standard of service delivery and a culture of accountability and excellence.
  
• Act as the primary point of contact for client technical matters and energy management initiatives.
  
• Manage energy strategy, reporting and improvement projects to support sustainability targets.
  
• Ensure full compliance with all Health & Safety, environmental and legislative standards.
  
• Deliver all contractual KPIs and SLAs, including finance tracking and cost control.
  
• Champion innovation, performance monitoring and continuous service improvement.

• 10+ years’ experience in Facilities Maintenance and Technical Services Management.
  
• Expert knowledge of HVAC, BMS, mechanical and electrical systems.
  
• Strong understanding of energy management principles, sustainability and compliance.
  
• Proven success managing diverse teams, contractors and technical staff.
  
• Skilled in project delivery, audits, reporting systems (CMMS/CAFM/BIM) and contractor control.
  
• IWFM or FM qualification (Hard FM biased).
  
• Knowledge of Statutory Compliance, Health & Safety legislation, SOPs.
  
• Previous experience in mission‑critical environments (e.g. education, healthcare, pharma). xcfaprz
  
• Preferred: Relevant qualifications in Engineering or Building Services.
