Site Reliability Engineer

At GTreasury, we’re building the next generation of treasury technology — and we’re looking for a Site Reliability Engineer – Enablement to help engineering teams ship faster, safer, and with confidence.

This is not a traditional SRE role. You won’t just keep systems running — you’ll coach, mentor, and enable teams to do it brilliantly themselves.

You’ll embed with product teams in 6–12 week enablement engagements, helping them level up across three critical domains:

• 
  
• Observability – logs, metrics, traces, SLOs, dashboards, faster MTTR
  
• Releasability – CI/CD, trunk-based dev, progressive delivery, automation
  
• Security – DevSecOps, secure pipelines, threat modelling, vulnerability remediation

• 
  
• Make multiplier impact – enable multiple teams, not just one system
  
• Engineering-first culture that values automation, learning, and doing things properly
  
• Real ownership & influence – shape how teams build, release, observe, and secure software
  
• Remote-first & flexible – do your best work without burning out
  
• Experience in SRE / DevOps / Platform Engineering
  
• Strong observability tooling experience (Datadog, New Relic, OpenTelemetry)
  
• CI/CD expertise with Azure DevOps & GitHub Actions
  
• Octopus Deploy and Terraform experience (required)
  
• A consultative mindset and passion for enabling others
