Staff Software Engineer

Ripple Treasury - recently rebranded from GTreasury - is entering its next phase of platform evolution. Backed by Ripple and trusted by 800+ customers across 160+ countries, we’re scaling our global SaaS treasury and risk management platform - and we’re looking for a Staff Software Developer to help lead that journey.

This is a high-impact technical leadership role for someone who wants to shape architecture, influence engineering standards, and mentor teams while remaining hands-on in complex, distributed systems.

You’ll partner with Product and Architecture to design and deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions that power the modern CFO’s office. Operating in a “you build it, you run it” model, you’ll combine technical depth with engineering leadership to drive platform excellence.

• Leading design and implementation across front-end, server-side and database layers
• Architecting scalable, resilient Azure-based solutions
• Driving CI/CD best practices within Azure DevOps
• Championing TDD/BDD and engineering quality standards
• Supporting complex production systems with advanced troubleshooting
• Mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction across teams
• Improving delivery processes, tooling and architecture standards
• Supporting no/low-code bank connector configurations with major financial institutions

• 8+ years of software development experience
• Deep expertise in C# and ASP.NET/Core
• Expert-level Microsoft SQL Server knowledge
• CI/CD pipeline design and DevOps practices
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional global teams
• Strong background in distributed systems architecture
• Financial services experience is beneficial
