A leading, multi-property hotel cluster in Dublin city centre is seeking an experienced Cluster Financial Controller to join its senior leadership team.

This role oversees the finance function across three well-established hotels operating as a collaborative cluster, each with its own identity while working closely together to deliver exceptional guest experiences and strong commercial performance.

The Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Cluster Financial Controller will play a key role in strategic planning, financial management and operational support across the three properties.
You will act as a true business partner to the senior management team, providing insight, guidance and leadership to ensure strong commercial outcomes and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Present financial updates to senior leadership, outlining current performance, forecasts, risks and opportunities
- Play a central role in the preparation and review of the annual business plan
- Produce monthly and annual management accounts, identifying trends and performance insights
- Drive proactive cost management and overall financial performance
- Ensure strong internal controls and safeguard hotel assets
- Lead and develop the finance teams across the cluster
- Support operational managers in building financial awareness and accountability
- Drive departmental performance in line with KPIs
- Utilise systems and technology to analyse real-time data and provide commercial insight
- Support ESG and sustainability initiatives across the properties
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong accounting background, ideally within hospitality, F&B or retail
- Excellent analytical and commercial skills
- Strong internal control awareness and understanding of accounting principles
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Proven leadership and team development experience
