The Opportunity

As a Senior Technology Transformation Manager, you will work closely with clients to align technology investments with their broader business goals. You’ll help shape transformation programmes that connect strategic vision with practical implementation, supporting organisations as they evolve and grow. You’ll build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, co‑design technology strategies, future‑state architectures, and pathways for adopting emerging digital capabilities. Your approach will focus on enabling value, improving operational effectiveness, and supporting sustainable change through inclusive leadership and thoughtful guidance.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to co‑create technology, data, and digital strategies that reflect business needs and industry best practices.
  • Facilitate inclusive workshops and conversations with executives, boards, ICT teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct assessments across ICT infrastructure, applications, governance, data, and digital services to understand current strengths and opportunities.
  • Translate insights into transformation roadmaps, risk frameworks, and delivery plans that are both ambitious and achievable.
  • Provide guidance on integration, digital‑first service delivery, cloud adoption, and data governance aligned with organisational goals.
  • Prepare clear, supportive materials to aid decision‑making at leadership and board levels.
  • Empower client teams to build internal capability and sustain transformation efforts.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies, regulatory developments, and digital frameworks at national and EU levels that shape strategy and compliance.
Qualifications
  • 15+ years in consulting or advisory roles, including 10+ years supporting ICT/digital transformation programmes.
  • Experience developing ICT or data strategies in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
  • Knowledge across areas such as:
    • ICT governance and operating models
    • Cloud and hybrid ICT infrastructure
    • Data governance, quality, sharing, and analytics
    • Business systems consolidation and digital service design
  • Skilled in facilitating collaborative discussions with senior executives, boards, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and advisory capabilities, with a focus on identifying opportunities and offering practical, supportive recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to prepare materials for senior audiences.
  • Understanding of procurement processes and the importance of impartial, vendor‑neutral advice.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Awareness of AI, automation, or advanced analytics and how they can support different industries.
  • Certifications in project management or enterprise architecture (e.g., PRINCE2, TOGAF).
  • Membership in a recognised professional consultancy or advisory body.
