Job Title – Site Manager

Project – Commercial Projects

Job Location – Donegal

Salary – €60K - €70K + vehicle

INFORM3 are recruiting for a Site Manager based in Ireland, for an extension and Fit-Out on a multi-million euro project . The client requires candidates that are able to work off their own initiative and manage various teams successful.

• 
  
• Report and Liaise with the Project Manager
  
• Review the Project Plan, planning site activities aligned with deadlines
  
• Conduct regular meetings with various site teams, communicating clear duties and tasks
  
• Inspect workmanship ensuring all work is completed to a very high standard
  
• Order in materials when needed
  
• Coordinate Equipment and Machinery
  
• Ensure development is made and recorded in the site diary
  
• Ensure internal and external inspection are passed and processed
  
• Ensure all aspects of Health and Safety are followed and adhered to
  
• Ensure any remedial work is completed prior to occupation
  
• Record any accidents and report these to the relevant parties immediately
  
• Chair and coordinate weekly Site Meetings discussing any pressing issues
  
• Attend Management meetings
  
• Liaise with the client when appropriate
  

• 
  
• Fit-Out / Joinery background
  
• 4 years plus experience in a similar role
  
• Able to manage and motivate
  
• Sound knowledge of standards and specifications
  
• High attention to detail
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Full Driving License
