EHS Advisor Wicklow

Our client is a national construction company.

They are looking to recruit a mid-level H&S Advisor for a large commercial project in mid-Wicklow.

1. Conduct regular, formal site audits and carry out inspections.
2. Ensure records of statutory inspections are maintained for all activities and plant equipment.
3. Deliver Health & Safety induction programmes for new employees or contractors on site.
4. Serve as the Client representative at Site meetings.
5. Organise and chair Safety Meetings for staff and Sub-Contractors.
6. Ensure sub-contractor safety statements and required Method Statements are available on site.
7. Assess sub-contractor statements and method statements, providing assistance as needed.
8. Advise and assist Site Management in drafting and communicating Method Statements.
9. Carry out risk assessments and implement measures to reduce risks.

• Health and Safety Certification, Diploma, or Degree is essential.
• 3+ years of site-based experience.
• Good communication, leadership, training, and presentation skills.
