• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development
• Manage stock levels, replenishment, and inventory accuracy
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager within premium retail
• A proven track record of driving sales and achieving KPIs
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, inspire, and empower a team

• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills
