We are partnering with a medical device client who are seeking to hire an Operations Engineer to support European operations from their Galway site. This is a hands‑on role covering production support, inventory, facilities and cross‑functional operational activities in a regulated medical device environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support EU clinical trial and commercial product supply
- Coordinate inventory management, logistics, shipping and documentation
- Perform and document product kit assembly and approved rework activities
- Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, GMP and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate closely with Quality, Supply Chain and EMEA stakeholders
- Manage facilities operations, vendors, equipment procurement and maintenance
- Implement safety, maintenance and cost‑reduction initiatives
- Provide operational support to Sales & Marketing and local IT systems as needed
Requirements
- Engineering or technical qualification (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years’ experience in medical device supply chain, warehousing or operations xcfaprz
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 13485 and GMP
- Experience with facilities engineering, maintenance and safety standards
- Proactive, flexible and comfortable in a hands‑on operational role
