Quantity Surveyor - Junior Position

Location: G.M.C. UTILITIES GROUP LTD., G.M.C. House, Millennium Bus Park, Dublin 11, D11 ER02

Duties may include:

• 
  
• Assisting with cost control and budget tracking on construction and utilities projects
  
• Supporting senior Quantity Surveyors with measurements, take-offs and valuations
  
• Assisting with preparation of cost reports and commercial documentation
  
• Liaising with site teams, suppliers and subcontractors
  
• Supporting procurement activities and invoice verification
  
• Maintaining accurate records and project documentation
  

• 
  
• Degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, Architecture or related discipline
  
• Strong numerical and organisational skills
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  
• Willingness xcfaprz to learn and develop within a commercial team
  
• Good communication skills
