**About the Role
** We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our growing Finance team in Cork.
This role will be a critical business partner to our Marketing and Customer Care organizations, with responsibility for leading regular forecast updates, tracking key business metrics, and delivering high-quality monthly and quarterly reporting.
You will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance visibility, business insights, and process efficiency for our Marketing and Customer Care businesses.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and financial modelling skills with a deep understanding of business models and a proactive, collaborative approach.
**Key Responsibilities
** • Forecasting & Reporting • Own monthly and quarterly forecasts for Marketing and Customer Care cost centres, including headcount, vendor spend, media spend, and variable cost drivers • Build and maintain driver-based financial models to forecast spend, volumes, and unit economics • Perform variance analysis against forecast, budget, and prior periods, clearly identifying drivers and implications • Support annual budget and long-range planning processes, translating operational plans into financial assumptions • Collect and consolidate monthly OPEX and P&L inputs from multiple departments/business units • Business Partnership & Decision Support • Serve as the primary finance partner for Marketing and Customer Care leaders and their teams • Develop strong working relationships built on trust, responsiveness, and business understanding • Translate financial results into clear, concise insights that enable informed decision-making • Support stakeholders in evaluating financial impact of new initiatives, campaigns, or operational changes • Metrics & Analysis • Track and analyze ARR and Services Revenue performance, connecting revenue trends to Marketing demand generation and Customer Care execution• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the business, and provide strategic insights to support decision-making.• Prepare executive-level presentation slides and summaries on OPEX forecasts delivering insights on variance analysis and key business insights • Process Improvement • Streamline forecasting and reporting processes to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and dashboard development in tools like Power BI or Tableau.• Play an active role in the transition from Anaplan to Workday Adaptive Planning, supporting model redesign, validation, and user adoptionQualifications • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or accounting qualification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A • Proven expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting in a fast-paced, global business.
• Strong financial modelling and Excel skills a plus • Proficiency with financial planning systems (Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, NetSuite, etc.).
Familiarity with visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and large data sets.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger picture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at various levels.
