**UX Designer
** for our AI Red Team and AI Guardrails products.
You will be embedded in a cross-functional team working with product management, engineering, data science, and QA to ensure a coherent, consistent, and usable experience across our product suite and that users can accomplish tasks quickly and confidently.
As a systems thinker with expertise in technical enterprise applications, you will align design execution with product strategy, user expectations, and business objectives.
We’re looking for a designer who deeply understands their craft and has a high bar for quality, likes to work fast, enjoys being autonomous and proactive, and can find a path forward in undefined problem spaces.
**Key Responsibilities
** Partner with PMs, developers, data science, and stakeholders to define requirements, lead feature kickoffs, and conduct peer reviews/workshops.

**Qualifications
** 6+ years of UX experience in an enterprise or startup setting.Enterprise UX design experience for SaaS and B2B products.
Expert-level knowledge of Figma and facility using common ticketing products and whiteboarding tools.
