The Project 13 timber-frame houses 4 apartments over 2 retail units (mixed-use block) 18-month programme Long-term, full-time role Were keen to secure the right person early and would love to speak with experienced Site Managers who are ready to take ownership of a project and see it through successfully.
What Youll Be Doing Full-time on-site management of houses and mixed-use block Coordinating trades, subcontractors, and materials Maintaining high standards across BCAR, fire, acoustic & H&S compliance Managing snagging through to successful handover Reporting progress directly to the developer This role suits someone who takes pride in running a tidy, efficient site and delivering quality builds on programme.
What Were Looking For 510+ years experience as a Site Manager on residential or mixed-use developments Experience with apartments over commercial units (highly desirable) Strong understanding of timber frame, blockwork, and sequencing Organised, proactive, and confident in leading site teams Available full-time for the duration of the project Whats On Offer Competitive rate (DOE) Quarterly performance bonus for hitting targets Well-defined programme and manageable project scale Opportunity to lead a complete build from start to finish Immediate discussions available We are actively looking to appoint and would encourage interested candidates to get in touch as soon as possible. xcfaprz
