Senior Project Manager

Location: Dublin (Site-based / Hybrid)

Role: Senior Project Manager (Construction - Tier 1 Contractor)

As Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage the full construction lifecycle, from planning and design coordination to handover
  
• Oversee site operations, contractors, and subcontractors
  
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards
  
• Control project budgets, schedules, and procurement activities
  
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and local authorities
  
• Identify and manage risks, variations, and change control
  
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management
  

• 
  
• 5+ years' experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
  
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, and Irish H&S requirements
  
• Proven experience managing contractors and site teams
  
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills xcfaprz
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
  
• Relevant certifications (e.g. Safe Pass, SMSTS, PM qualification) are an advantage
