• Provide accurate and timely reference and pricing data for trading and operations.
  
• Lead multiple projects, focusing on data quality and process improvement.
  
• Conduct root cause analysis and deliver insights to enhance services.
  
• Collaborate with business partners to understand workflows and requirements.
  
• Monitor key performance indicators and recommend improvements.
  

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, mathematics, or computer science.
  
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business analysis, preferably in a global shared services model.
  
• Strong understanding of Equities, Fixed Income, and Options products.
  
• Proficiency in SQL and large‑scale relational databases.
  
• Experience with AWS Cloud services (S3, EMR, Lambda) and Python libraries is a plus.
  
• Familiarity with financial data providers like Bloomberg, ICE Data Services, and Refinitiv.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data issues.
  
• Excellent communication skills, both vertically and horizontally.
