About Your New Job
- As the Technical Sales Engineer Team Leader, you will lead a team of 5.5 sales professionals, including both external and internal salespeople, ensuring their performance and development.
- This role involves significant travel, covering all 26 counties in Ireland, with 70-80% of your time spent on the road.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and sales growth in the process industry sector, focusing on the pharmaceutical, food, and beverage industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities and providing tailored solutions.
What Skills You Need
- Minimum of 4-5 years in a technical sales role within the Irish market, with a strong engineering background.
- Proven experience in people management, including recruiting, performance management, and team development.
- A proactive approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Background in engineering, with the ability to engage with electrical engineers and understand complex technical requirements. xcfaprz
- Willingness to travel extensively across Ireland, with a full, clean driving license.
