Business Development Consultant

• Join an industry-leading, Irish owned, tax, payroll and accounting services company.
• Due to their rapid growth, they are looking for an experienced Business Development Consultant to join their team.
• Founded over 15 years ago in Dublin, they have achieved a 15% headcount growth in the last 2 years.

• This will be a new business focused role expanding your network of recruitment and staffing agency partnerships nationwide.
• Grow sustainable relationships with existing partners so you can build, strengthen, and scale our client's network.
• Use data to identify opportunities for optimisation or expansion within existing partnerships.
• Maintain an active CRM pipeline, tracking activities, business development impact, and partnership performance.
• This will be a remote focused role, with roughly 25% of your time spent client-facing.

• You must have 3+ years of experience in business development or account management
• Experience selling to corporate and commercial customers is essential.
• Understanding of tax or finance solutions is desirable.
• You must have a full clean Irish driver’s license.
• You must have full, permanent and immediate rights to work in Ireland.

• Base salary of €50-55k.
• 20% bonus.
