You'll spearhead the SAP roadmap during a major shift from a Transitional Services Agreement to a scalable enterprise system. Imagine leading cross-functional teams, optimizing integrations, and ensuring seamless governance, all while shaping a post-go-live support model that sets new standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and govern the SAP roadmap aligned with business strategy and TSA timelines.
• Mobilize internal and external teams for top-tier delivery, from solution design to data migration.
• Champion fit-to-standard principles, integrations, and change management.
• Oversee vendor performance, compliance, and continuous improvements.
• Build and lead the SAP CoE for long-term excellence and capability growth.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven leadership in governing complex SAP landscapes and large-scale programmes (post-TSA experience a plus).
• Strategic mindset to align SAP with business and ICT goals.
• Expertise in vendor management, integrations, data migration, and change processes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Bachelor's in IT/Computer Science; experience building SAP technical teams.
