Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents.
- Stock inventory accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Load outbound shipments onto trucks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required; training provided.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including prolonged standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all guidelines.
- Willingness to wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) such as safety shoes and vests.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Team-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
