Our Cincinnati, Ohio facility is looking for a motivated Warehouse Worker to join our dedicated logistics team. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our warehouse, supporting various functions to ensure efficient product flow and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including receiving and putting away stock, picking and packing orders, staging shipments, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. A commitment to safety is paramount; you will be trained on and expected to use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to strict safety guidelines. This position requires physical stamina, the ability to handle consistent Lifting, and a team-oriented approach. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Put away inventory into designated storage locations.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Prepare outgoing shipments and stage them for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as directed.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures diligently.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform regular Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and basic logistics concepts.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must adhere to all PPE requirements and safety protocols.
