We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. This role is fundamental to our warehouse operations, involving a variety of tasks such as receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and general upkeep of the facility. As a Warehouse Worker, you will contribute to the efficient flow of goods within our logistics network. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong work ethic. A commitment to Safety is paramount, and you will be expected to adhere to all established protocols, including the correct use of PPE. This position involves regular physical activity, including moderate Lifting, and requires individuals who are comfortable working in a hands-on environment. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to meet customer demands effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with receiving and unloading incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise onto warehouse shelves accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders as directed.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and wear designated PPE.
- Support other warehouse staff as needed.
- Handle materials carefully to prevent damage.
- Perform tasks involving regular Lifting of items up to 40 pounds.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is advantageous.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices.
- Familiarity with basic logistics operations.
- Physical capability to perform manual tasks, including Lifting and standing for extended periods.
