Join our growing logistics team in Phoenix, Arizona, as a Warehouse Worker! We are looking for diligent and reliable individuals to contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, and maintaining a clean and orderly work environment. A strong commitment to Safety and the ability to handle physical tasks, including Lifting, are essential. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the fast-paced world of warehousing and supply chain. We foster a team-oriented atmosphere and provide opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and store incoming shipments accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with efficiency and precision.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of merchandise.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock checks.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all established Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Properly use all designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues.
- Assist in maintaining efficient logistics flow throughout the facility.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Familiarity with Safety best practices in a warehouse setting.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
