Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Associate in the heart of San Francisco, California! We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to play a key role in our order fulfillment process. Your responsibilities will include accurately picking items from warehouse shelves, carefully packing them for shipment, and ensuring that all orders are processed efficiently and correctly. This position is vital to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and maintaining the smooth operation of our Logistics network. We are dedicated to providing a safe and positive work environment, offering all necessary PPE and comprehensive training to our associates. If you are a proactive individual with a strong work ethic and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, this is an excellent opportunity for you. The role involves continuous movement throughout the warehouse, and may require Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. A commitment to maintaining high standards of Safety is essential. Become an integral part of our mission to deliver quality products to our customers. Responsibilities include:
  • Accurately picking customer orders using RF scanning technology and pick lists.
  • Packing orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity during transit.
  • Verifying order details to guarantee accuracy.
  • Applying shipping labels and preparing packages for dispatch.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
  • Meeting or exceeding daily productivity targets for picking and packing.
  • Adhering strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
  • Properly wearing and utilizing all required PPE at all times.
  • Assisting with inventory control tasks as needed.
  • Collaborating effectively with team members to achieve collective goals.

Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or Logistics role is beneficial but not required, as we provide extensive on-the-job training.
