We're hiring Warehouse Associates for our dynamic facility in Las Vegas, Nevada! This is a critical role within our logistics network, supporting the efficient flow of goods through our distribution center. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. We emphasize a strong culture of safety and operational excellence. You will be provided with training and all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure your well-being. Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders with precision and efficiency.
- Prepare goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Utilize required PPE at all times.
- Meet or exceed daily performance targets for productivity and quality.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Participate in ongoing training and continuous improvement efforts.
- Support other warehouse operations as needed to ensure team success.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics role is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance record.
- Understanding and adherence to safety regulations, including the use of PPE.
