The ability to stand and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods, along with periodic lifting, is essential. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using handheld scanners and pick lists.
- Efficiently pack orders to ensure product safety during transit.
- Verify order accuracy against item counts and product details.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse cleanliness.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of required PPE.
- Meet or exceed established productivity and quality standards for order fulfillment.
- Assist with inventory management activities, such as stock counts and replenishment.
- Communicate any order discrepancies or operational issues to supervisors.
- Participate in team efforts to achieve daily operational goals.
- Support broader logistics functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
- Experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Understanding of the importance of PPE in maintaining a safe work environment.
